GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
These general terms of sale are established between:
- On the one hand, SelfOutlet.com, a company registered in France with the number SIREN 835 166 638 in charge of “SelfOutlet” clothing multi-brand provider.
- And, on the other hand, any person who places an order (hereinafter, the customer) which is exclusively a customer professional wholesaler or a clothing store, for whom this product is intended.
The execution of an order implies the acceptance of the General Conditions of sale by the customer, as well as any other specified in the command itself.
The present General Conditions of sale are intended to define the terms of sale between the customer and SelfOutlet, from the execution of the order, delivery, payment and after-sales service.
The customer may place his order via the following devices:
- Via the Internet, via the website www.SelfOutlet.com, according to the established procedure.
- By phone
In the case of ordering by phone, to record his order, the customer must provide the requested personal information to first create a customer account, if they don’t have one, then they’ll be able to place their order.
Execution of the order by the customer is equivalent to the full acceptance, the description of the products on sale and prices to the General Conditions of sale, as well as any other specification specified in the order itself.
SelfOutlet will inform the customer, as soon as possible, of the lack of availability of the requested product and will propose solutions (cancellation, replacement, partial or full refund) and before sending the command and after agreement with the customer
The customer can choose the delivery to be made in one of the following ways:
- Delivery to an address chosen by the customer, billing or delivery.
- Collection in SelfOutlet facilities
It is very important that the customer provide a valid phone number to SelfOutlet to be contacted if necessary. If the customer has not provided a mobile phone, an e-mail will be sent indicating the delivery details and any other information relating to his order. Mailing address must also be valid and with the relevant supplements. SelfOutlet is not responsible for loss of package sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
SelfOutlet will deliver the goods within the time specified in the order, except express notification from SelfOutlet. As a general rule, the delivery time is 7 days from the payment by the customer up to a maximum of 30 days as established by the law in force.
The customer can follow the evolution of his order from its customer account on www.SelfOutlet.com.
The customer can pay their orders by:
- A bank transfer.
- A credit card. SelfOutlet uses an external service called Stripe.com, it’s totally secure. In no case does SelfOutlet see, record, or accesses to the data of the credit card of the customer.
SelfOutlet.com prices do not include VAT. The customer must communicate his VAT number when ordering or later for billing.
Prices do not include postage in principle, unless they appear in the summary of the order. The customer should consult SelfOutlet for these fees and pay in addition to the total of the order. Any eventual customs expenses will be charged to the client who must pay it to SelfOutlet.
In the case of a computer error in the details of the product (price, features, availability…), SelfOutlet will inform the customer prior to sending the order and in this case, a solution will be negotiated with the customer: refund of the difference to the customer if they paid more than they had to pay. If the customer has paid an amount less than they had to, change the product or the customer will solve the due difference.
SelfOutlet reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer refuses to pay the due difference.
OFFERS OF DISCOUNTS
To create customer loyalty, SelfOutlet can launch offers with discounts such as discount coupons, discounts from an amount of the order… etc. The customer will be informed when these offers will be launched on the website or e-mail.
MARKETING OF THE PRODUCTS OF SELFOUTLET
The majority of SelfOutlet products can be sold everywhere. However, some products may have a geographical restriction. In this case, SelfOutlet specifies the plug of the concerned products, and is not responsible if the customer does not have this restriction at the time of resell these products.
In application of the French law of August 14, 2000 on electronic commerce, private buyers have a period of 7 days.
SelfOutlet products are exclusively intended for professionals (physical or moral), therefore, the aforementioned cancellation period is not applicable pursuant to article L. 121 – 22 of the code of consumption, in addition to article L. 121 – 20 of the same code excludes the withdrawal in the event of purchase and sale between professionals of products for professional use of products of the professional activity of the customer.
Except SelfOutlet, will consider case by case, without commitment, to see the possibility of granting a retraction to the customer according to the case. In the case of acceptance of a withdrawal on the part of SelfOutlet, the customer will be responsible for all the costs involved.
SelfOutlet will not make any refund, replacement, or withdrawal for the products that has been used, manipulated or whose original packaging has been damaged unless the incident was caused by the carrier. In this case, the customer must request a receipt to the carrier advising of the incident.
Noncompliance by SelfOutlet error, the customer can choose between replacement, change of the product according to its availability or refund the amount corresponding to the price and the shipping cost incurred. This guarantee will be effective only if we receive a brand/quantity that was not requested at the time of purchase.
SelfOutlet sells a lot of clothing purchased in the factories of clothes and platforms, so the purchase, the customer knows that there may be some defective components in the lot, between 5 and 10%. In this case, no refund is required for SelfOutlet which accords the right to accept or refuse this return, as the case may be.
The substitution, in the event of their granting to the customer, will be free for the customer and must be made within a reasonable time, of the notification of the lack of conformity by the customer.
In case the customer chose to exchange the product, if the amount of the new order is greater than the amount of the returned items, the customer will pay the difference. Otherwise, if the amount of the new order is less than the original amount, SelfOutlet will refund the difference.
For more agile and economic management for the two part, SelfOutlet offers refunds to the customer via a voucher online. If the customer wishes, he may claim a refund by bank transfer.
MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
SelfOutlet reserves the right to change the General conditions of sale, with each change, the SelfOutlet customers will be informed by email.
SelfOutlet is a French company that respects the right of the French as a legal standard of the present general terms of sale, provided that this does not affect the rights of the customer in accordance with the regulations of his country and other States.
